The width measurement is the outside to outside measurement of the barn door. The height measurement is the outside to outside measurement of the barn door NOT considering the top track and bottom space. You will need to make sure you have approx. 10" of space in addition to the total height of the barn door to accommodate for the bottom spacing and top tracking spacing.
