Our steel profiles meet the most demanding building codes for blast and impact resistance, as well as Title 24 energy efficiency standards for steel doors, windows, and building components. 

We fabricate custom steel solutions for projects that span the architectural spectrum: complex ADU conversions, school campuses that require steel doors and windows for enhanced safety and energy efficiency, enclosed and open-air shopping centers that utilize sliding doors, and luxury properties being remodeled with our steel pivot, bi-fold systems, or swing doors that emphasize the transition between indoor and outdoor.

The striking finishes and custom characteristics of our highly engineered steel are the result of an industry-leading design process that produces hot-rolled W20 and W40 profiles built with 24-gauge, zinc-coated steel.

The thermal efficiency of our products meets today’s most stringent thermal codes without sacrificing the durability of solid, hot-rolled steel. Our thermally broken profiles use smart breaking tech to guard against extreme weather and perfectly align with our energy-efficient, low-E glass, which protects against extreme conditions—insulating against cold weather and heavy traffic that require increased insulation.

From custom colors to black-framed traditional steel doors to handcrafted texture, hardware, locks, and handles that are custom-built for highly specialized projects, PINKYS can meet the design specs of even the most aesthetically demanding projects.

Our finely-constructed steel windows and doors are brushed with a multi-part urethane and high-quality primer in a highly controlled environment. Once painted, each door or window is heat-cured to produce consistent and unblemished steel that meets the high standards expected by industry-leading architects and contractors.

Each of our steel products is then brushed with a zinc layer and primer that blends with the paint for long-lasting exterior protection. All our paints are environmentally friendly, durable, and chip resistant. The polyester powder coating we use ensures that a steel window will not need to be painted for at least twenty years. 

Our steel windows and doors are then sandblasted and thermal-sprayed with a protective zinc metalizing to resist corrosion in severe conditions, such as coastal environments. While each steel barrier is engineered to withstand specific conditions, the zinc surfaces are durable and suitable for painting, offering maximum versatility to our clients.  

All our precisely built black exterior doors and windows are painted with UV and fade-resistant zinc finishes that produce energy-efficient U-factors as low as 0.21.
