At Pinky's Iron Doors, we have been huge fans of System of a Down since the release of their debut album in 1998. As enthusiasts of the band, we were thrilled when Shavo Odadjian, an extremely talented songwriter, musician, producer, director, and the talented bassist of SOAD reached out to Pinky's Iron Doors for custom iron door for his family home in Burbank, California.
Our first project for Shavo was an intricate front door. We worked closely with him throughout the design process to ensure that the final result is exactly what he wants for his home. The detailed and decorative iron door design was created from scratch and sketched out only for him based on what our team thought would fit his taste and style. We came up with a few different designs for him to choose from, and he chose the one that best fit his vision. After he chose a design, we further fine-tuned the sketch to create a one-of-a-kind design unique to him and his home.
Working with Shavo has been an amazing experience. We are thankful to have had the chance to meet and work so closely with such a humble, kind, and talented individual and his wonderful family. We appreciate his business and are proud that he chose Pinky's Iron Doors for this project.
