Steel Casement Window

Please note that, for weather sealing purposes, all casement windows are made as outswing units, meaning the operable panel will swing to the outside of your home.

This hinge system is far superior to ball bearing systems, as the bearings are made of stainless steel, which is a harder metal inside a steel barrel, causing wear to both components and sagging over time.

The locking handles include a brass wedge attached to the frames of the windows in which the handles will lock onto. The window stays are attached to the bottom of the windows and include butterfly thumb turns to secure the stays and windows in their desired positions.
