What the W50 TB does, at greater scale.
The W75 TB does what the W50 TB does and goes further: thicker glass, larger openings, and a higher-performing thermal break. Its glass-fibre reinforced polyamide insulating core spans larger openings and supports heavier glazing assemblies while maintaining thermal break integrity. The profile is also more structurally advanced: continuously laser-welded for higher mechanical performance than the W50 TB cast-in construction, with co-extruded EPDM sealing gaskets in place of the W50 TB mechanically fixed rebate gaskets, a more robust, durable seal against weather.
Flush or overlapping.
The W50 TB retains the classic double-overlapping FerroFinestra appearance, preserving the proportions of the original hot-rolled profile. The W75 TB adds internally flush, externally flush, and fully flush configurations alongside overlapping, giving a contemporary, minimal-reveal option the W50 TB does not offer.

Where the hot-rolled W20 and W40 carry the warmth and irregularity of worked steel, the W75 TB cold-formed construction reads as precise and contemporary, a premium specification for projects that want thermally broken performance paired with a cleaner, more engineered look.

The W75 TB supports tilt-and-turn within the thermally broken range. A single sash tilts inward at the top for ventilation or swings fully open as a casement, a configuration common on commercial facades, high-occupancy residential, and any application where one hardware position operates two opening modes.
