We have a 10 day pickup policy from the date of your first email notice, after which we charge a $25/day storage fee per item. These storage fees will automatically apply after 10 days. If storage fees are applied, you will be responsible for paying all fees before your order will be released for pick up.

**ANY ISSUES/DAMAGES MUST BE NOTATED TO PINKYS WITHIN 3 DAYS OF PICKING UP YOUR ORDER. ANY LATER THAN 3 DAYS AND PINKYS CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE**

Pick-Up Hours are as follows:

  • Monday through Friday | 8:30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. and 1:00 P.M. to 4:30 P.M.
  • Saturday | 11:00 A.M. to 1:30 P.M.
  • Sunday | Closed

**MUST SHOW ID OF PERSON WITH NAME ON ORDER, OR EMAIL TO INFO@PINKYS.COM IN ORDER FOR PRODUCTS TO BE RELEASED FOR PICKUP

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO PICK-UP:

Please make sure that you bring tie downs/straps to secure the door to your truck/trailer. If you have someone else or a third party pick up your order, please note that they will need to sign off on the order prior to leaving our facility. Pinky’s cannot be held liable for anything that happens to the order during transport.

Your order will then be brought out to your vehicle and loaded.

**Before coming to pick up your order, make sure that your truck bed is empty and does not have any toosl, trash, or other items in the truck bed. If the laod can not safely lie down, we can not load your order into the truck. Additionally, if your truck is not wide enough for the frame to lay flat on its side, we will not be able to safely load your truck. If you are unsure of the size of your order, or if your truck is large enough, please contact the logistics department at (844) 843-6677**

**If you must pick up your order when it is raining, you must bring a tarp large enough to cover all units due to the packaging. Days of rain do not count toward your 10 day pickup timeframe.**

Storing of Doors & Frames

Avoid Damage to Finish on Door and Frame.

Pinky’s Iron Doors is not responsible for any damages due to improper storage or exposure to moisture, water,or humidity.

Our doors and frames are packaged for transport only. The plastic wrapping is only for shipping purposes and will not protect doors and frames against elements such as water

moisture* or humidity**. Please make sure to remove both doors and frames from all packaging if you will be storing them for a future install date. Use towels and make sure to store in a safe place as the frame is top heavy.

*Paint bubbling may be caused by water/humidity if stored in plastic wrapping and left enclosed.

*Avoid any type of moisture from getting into packaging as it will not be able to escape and will

cause the paint to bubble or rust. *If your doors/frames happen to get wet, they MUST be wiped down IMMEDIATELY. *If your doors/frames get wet during offload or during storage, remove doors from the box immediately to avoid damage.

**Doors/frames that will be stored in humid areas will also need to be opened from transportation package immediately to avoid damage.

Match Doors with Frames

 

Avoid Damage to Finish on Door and Frame Doors are manufactured as one unit with their frames. If you have received multiple sets of the same size door, match the serial number of the frame with the door(s).

Refer to the CAD drawing that is on the packaging of the doors & frame (see below illustration). Ensure you match the entire serial # & do not mix serial numbers between units. Hanging doors on the incorrectly matched frame can result in alignment issues.
